A. The best part of life after 40 is the growing peace of mind and confidence in oneself that emerges after a multitude of life experience with challenges, success and failure. Additionally, as the frenetic youthful energy and emotions settle more in the mind, a sense of wellbeing and confidence becomes more accessible and the notion of a balance between ambition and drive starts to be more commonplace.

A: My life’s passion and mission for over 34 years has been to make people healthier, happier and champion wellness through my work. Therefore I would invest it in my work so that I could extend the significant benefits to many more folks.
